These Subscription Terms outline how recurring orders work, how billing is handled, how to cancel, and how refunds are processed for subscription purchases.
By starting a subscription, you agree to these terms, along with our general Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
1. What Your Subscription Includes
A subscription provides scheduled recurring deliveries of the product(s) you select at the interval you choose (e.g., every 30 days, 45 days, or 60 days — depending on availability).
Your subscription will continue automatically unless you cancel it.
2. Billing & Automatic Renewals
By subscribing, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to automatically charge your selected payment method at the price shown at checkout for each renewal period.

Your subscription is billed automatically at the start of each cycle.

Renewal charges will continue until you cancel.

Prices and discounts may change, but you will be notified of any significant changes before your next renewal.
If your payment fails, our system may automatically retry or contact you to update your billing information.
3. Managing or Canceling Your Subscription
You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting our support team.
Cancellation Deadline
To avoid being charged for your next renewal, you must cancel before the upcoming billing date.
If a renewal has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded (see Section 4).
4. Refund Policy for Subscription Orders
To keep things simple and fair, subscription purchases follow these rules:
4.1 Refunds for Renewals
Once a renewal has been processed or shipped, it is not eligible for a refund, as the order is already in motion.
This includes cases where the customer:

Forgot to cancel in time

Did not realize the subscription was active

No longer wants the product
Refunds may be considered only in special circumstances, at our sole discretion.
4.2 Refunds for First-Time Subscription Purchases
Your first subscription order is covered under our general return & refund policy, meaning:

Unopened and unused items may be returned within the allowed return window

Opened consumable products may not be eligible, depending on hygiene and safety rules

4.3 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days so we can replace it at no cost to you.
5. Changes to Subscription Prices or Terms
We reserve the right to update subscription pricing, discount structures, or intervals.
Any changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to future renewals.
Continued use of the subscription after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
6. Updating Billing or Shipping Information
You are responsible for keeping your:

Shipping address

Orders shipped to an old or incorrect address due to outdated customer information are not eligible for free replacements or refunds.
7. Failed Payments
If your payment method fails at renewal:

We may retry the payment automatically

Your subscription may be paused until updated

Orders will not ship until the payment is successfully processed
8. Chargebacks & Dispute Policy
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first.
We’ll review and resolve most issues quickly.
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

Delays in resolving the issue

Temporary restriction of account or subscription access
We comply fully with all US, AU, and NZ consumer protection laws.
9. Termination of Subscription
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse subscriptions at our discretion, including cases of:

Repeated failed payments

Abuse of refund policies

Suspicion of fraudulent activity
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or via support.
